Our Bitter Apricot kernels are grown without pesticides and are of the highest quality.

Our Apricot Kernels can be chewed,ground up and sprinkled on food or ground up and eaten as powder.

If you are going to use your kernels over a period of 2-6 months you should put them in a freezer, all our bitter apricot kernel packaging is freezer safe. Bitter Apricot Kernels are more bitter than standard apricot kernels and should ideally be chewed with something such as raisins which can help temper the bitterness.

Storing Your Apricot Kernels. You should store your bitter apricot kernels in a cool dry place, apricot kernels have a shelf life of approx 3 months but if you are taking your apricot kernels over a longer period it is best to freeze them.

 So if you plan on keeping these bitter apricot kernels for more than 2 months put them in the freezer,you can then top up a bag in the fridge from your frozen apricot kernels.

We include silica gel pouches in all our packaging to prevent your apricot kernels being affected by mositure in any way, our apricot kernels are air dried and shelled which is by far the best way.
