Richard Wright Pink Floyd R.I.P dies age 65 of cancer
We at www.kernelpoweruk.com are extremely saddened to hear about the death of Richard Wright - Pink Floyd Keyboard Player. Richard Wright was an integral part of Pink Floyd as they wrote 70's classics 'Dark Side of the Moon', 'Wish you were Here', 'Animals' and 'The Wall'.
Richard Wright was also with the band from the start alongside fellow artists, Syd Barrett and Roger Waters. He also performed more recently at the last 'Live Aid' concert. (awesome)
He wil be sorely missed, I have seen Pink Floyd play twice live ('Delicate Sound of Thunder' and 'A Momentary Lapse of Reason') tours and they were truly awesome. I was also at the Berlin performance of 'The Wall'.
